OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor

The BRIBLE & The Locke Agency Free Wedding Photography Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by:

The Locke Agency

Ormond Beach, Florida

and

THE BRIBLE APP

(Collectively referred to as the “Sponsors.”)

2. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who:

  • Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
  • Are currently engaged to be married.
  • Have a confirmed or planned wedding date within the eligible wedding period established by the Sponsors.
  • Successfully complete all required entry steps.
  • Agree to these Official Rules.

Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of the Sponsors are not eligible.

4. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on:

8/1/26

and ends on:

8/15/26 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter

To receive one (1) official entry, participants must complete all of the following during the Giveaway Period:

  1. Download the BRIBLE mobile application.
  2. Create a free BRIBLE account.
  3. Follow @THEBRIBLEAPP on Instagram.
  4. Follow @TheLockeAgency on Instagram.
  5. Complete the official Giveaway Entry Form using the same email address associated with the entrant’s BRIBLE account.

Failure to complete every required step may result in disqualification.

Limit one (1) entry per eligible individual.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Wedding Photography by The Locke Agency

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):

$3,750

The prize consists solely of the wedding photography services included in the advertised package.

No cash value.

Prize is non-transferable.

Prize substitutions are not permitted except at the Sponsors’ sole discretion.

7. Travel & Lodging

This Giveaway is open to eligible participants throughout the United States.

Wedding photography is included at no cost to the winner.

However, weddings located more than three (3) hours driving distance from Daytona Beach, Florida (as reasonably determined by the Sponsors using standard mapping software) will require the winner to pay all applicable travel-related expenses associated with providing photography services.

These expenses may include, but are not limited to:

  • Hotel accommodations
  • Airfare
  • Mileage or transportation
  • Rental vehicles
  • Parking
  • Tolls
  • Other reasonable travel expenses necessary to provide photography services

These travel-related expenses are not included as part of the prize.

The winner will be provided with an estimate of any applicable travel costs before services are scheduled.

If the winner chooses not to pay the required travel expenses, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Wedding Date Availability

The prize is subject to The Locke Agency’s availability on the winner’s wedding date.

If the selected winner’s wedding date is unavailable, the Sponsors reserve the right to:

  • select an alternate eligible winner,
  • offer an alternate available date if appropriate, or
  • otherwise resolve the matter at the Sponsors’ discretion.

The Giveaway does not guarantee photographer availability on every wedding date.

9. Winner Selection

After the Giveaway closes:

  • Entries will be reviewed.
  • Entries will be matched against BRIBLE account registrations.
  • Duplicate, incomplete, and ineligible entries will be removed.
  • Each valid entry will be assigned a unique entry number.

One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing.

Alternate potential winners may also be selected.

10. Winner Verification

Before being declared the official winner, the potential winner must successfully verify:

  • BRIBLE account registration
  • Email address
  • Instagram follows
  • Wedding information
  • Eligibility under these Official Rules

Failure to satisfy any verification requirement may result in disqualification.

11. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry.

If the potential winner:

  • cannot be contacted,
  • fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours,
  • declines the prize,
  • fails verification,
  • or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the Sponsors may select an alternate winner.

12. Existing Locke Agency Clients

If the selected winner has already booked wedding photography with The Locke Agency before entering this Giveaway, the Sponsors may, at their sole discretion:

  • apply the prize as a credit toward the winner’s existing photography contract, or
  • award the prize in another manner agreed upon by both parties.

13. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsors to use the winner’s:

  • First name
  • City and State
  • Wedding photographs
  • Wedding-related images
  • Testimonials

for promotional, advertising, website, and social media purposes without additional compensation.

14. Privacy

Information collected through this Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway and in accordance with BRIBLE’s Privacy Policy.

15. Disqualification

Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • submits false information,
  • creates multiple entries,
  • attempts to manipulate the Giveaway,
  • violates these Official Rules,
  • tampers with the entry process,
  • or engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

16. Limitation of Liability

The Sponsors are not responsible for:

  • technical failures,
  • internet interruptions,
  • app store outages,
  • website downtime,
  • lost or delayed entries,
  • Instagram outages,
  • mobile device issues,
  • or circumstances beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control.

17. Modification or Cancellation

The Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

18. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

Participants completely release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility related to this Giveaway.

19. Governing Law

This Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

20. Winner List

To request the winner’s first name and state after the Giveaway has concluded, send a written request to:
